Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting an experienced Clinical Project Manager to coordinate and manage the activities of individual clinical research studies and staff in a manner that ensures all timeframes and targets are met and that costs are kept under control.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage all staff under his/her jurisdiction (or assist in staff management as appropriate).
• Manage projects in a timely manner in adherence with COMPANY SOPs and appropriate regulations and to liaise with other department managers as necessary to achieve this.
• Keep individual project costs under control.
• Monitor the quality specification within the project. Liaise with clients on project related matters.
• Ensure all necessary training is provided to his/her staff to improve their job performance and knowledge.
• Maintain documentation of training as appropriate.
• Keep senior management informed of project status in relation to both quality, timelines and staff issues.
• Liaise with other managers to improve the effectiveness of the organisation.
• Maintain confidentiality of management information as appropriate.
• Participate in business development activities as appropriate

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Background in medicine, science or other relevant discipline and appropriate experience.
• Ability to co-ordinate all aspects of study management.
• Have the potential to successfully manage project team(s).
• Ability to liaise successfully with clients. Foreign language skills desirable.
• Current full driving licence.
• Ability and willingness to travel at least 35% of the time (International and Domestic; fly and drive).

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidates (53,000 - 70,000 EUR depending on experience) as well as comprehensive training.
