Are you a successful Clinical Project Manager looking to progress your career within Clinical Research? This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge by joining this global Clinical Research Organisation.

Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting an experienced Clinical Project Manager to coordinate and manage the activities of individual studies and staff in a manner that ensures all timeframes and targets are met and that costs are kept under control.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage all staff under his/her jurisdiction (or assist in staff management as appropriate).
• Manage projects in a timely manner in adherence with COMPANY SOPs and appropriate regulations and to liaise with other department managers as necessary to achieve this.
• Keep individual project costs under control.
• Monitor the quality specification within the project. Liaise with clients on project related matters.
• Ensure all necessary training is provided to his/her staff to improve their job performance and knowledge.
• Maintain documentation of training as appropriate.
• Keep senior management informed of project status in relation to both quality, timelines and staff issues.
• Liaise with other managers to improve the effectiveness of the organisation.
• Maintain confidentiality of management information as appropriate.
• Participate in business development activities as appropriate

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Background in medicine, science or other relevant discipline and appropriate experience.
• Ability to co-ordinate all aspects of study management.
• Have the potential to successfully manage project team(s).
• Ability to liaise successfully with clients. Foreign language skills desirable.
• Current full driving licence.
• Ability and willingness to travel at least 35% of the time (International and Domestic; fly and drive).
