Job Summary

Our client is a leading global early phase CRO with offices in UK, Belgium, Germany and India. They now have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join the company in a senior role to head their Project Management team for Europe and potentially leading to a global position. The position will be based in the South West of England but will involve considerable travel.

Background

Due to expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Head of Project Management to be based in Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities

This role is key in directing, supervising and coordinating the overall management of clinical studies on behalf of Sponsor companies to their satisfaction, as well as helping to create and manage a pan European/global team to handle global studies and programs. As our client grows, there will be potential to develop this role in an expanding organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

· Candidates must possess a strong history within the CRO environment or Pharmaceutical environment, at a senior level.

· Knowledge of current clinical trials legislation in the UK and Germany.

· Be a good communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills.

· First class organisational skills.

· Strong team-orientated approach.

· Ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
