Flame Pharma is working alongside a an expert Regulatory, Clinical Research and Quality Services consultancy to the healthcare industry worldwide to recruit a Clinical project manager who will work with the Directors and other staff in primarily technical aspects of the business, but will also be involved in some business development and general office organisation tasks.

 

 

Reporting to the Directors of the company you will act as the prime contact for the management of clinical projects along with the management of the reporting of adverse events, the management of the collation and copying of documents for Ethics Committee submissions, the creation of Investigator Site files & maintenance of study-specific forms. You will manage the monitoring of clinical study sites as appropriate, including pre-study, initiation, monitoring and close-down meetings with clinical study investigators along with assisting with the preparation of training course materials and the provision of training courses, as appropriate. This role requires the preparation of company presentations for clients & the assistance with the promotion of the company and development of the business. You will assist with the preparation for, and attendance at, conferences and exhibitions & the preparation and maintenance of marketing materials.   

 

 

You will be a Clinical Project Manager with experience of running Phase I and/or early Phase II clinical trials.  Many of their clients are reaching the clinic for the first time, and have no experience of clinical research, and need a lot of hand-holding.  We therefore seek someone who is confident to deal directly with clients, knowing that there is expert back-up from colleagues, and who is interested in working with early-stage product development teams.  There is a strong link between the clinical and regulatory arms, so an interest in regulatory would be helpful.
