Flame Pharma - Clinical Research - Senior Clinical Project Manager Job - Berkshire:

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a step-up to a more senior position within a multi-national contract research organisation offering a wide range of comprehensive, clinical research services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries.

This challenging and exciting opportunity will involve managing and reporting international clinical trials in accordance with local and international Regulatory and Ethical guidelines, ICH-GCP/FDA regulations.

Duties will Include:

• Effective management of all aspects of assigned clinical trials, including study preparations, site initiations, periodic monitoring, status and safety reporting.
• Evaluation of the performance and compliance of CRAs and monitors within the project team(s), and of the investigators conducting the study.
• Active participation in the organisation and presentation of in-house training courses.
• Control project team activities, to ensure that current ICH-GCP guidelines and SOPs are strictly observed.
• In addition, co-ordinate POI project related responsibilities within the specified time-frame and budget, and to the standards demanded by the Regulatory Authorities.  

Skill Set:

• Minimum experience of 5 years as Clinical Project Manager for a CRO or Pharmaceutical organisation
• Good project management skills
• Team leadership skills
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on ICH-GCP & FDA guidelines

This position comes with an attractive salary (from £40,000 plus car).
