Flame Pharma is working alongside a Market Leader specialising in Cosmetic Surgery to appoint a Nurse Advisor/Therapist to join their established and dedicated team in Watford. Due to expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to take on this rewarding role, enabling this progressive and dynamic organisation to maintain their reputation for excellence.

The Role:

As a Nurse Advisor/Therapist, reporting to the Clinic Manager and liaising closely with surgeons and colleagues, the successful candidate will promote, counsel, inform and prepare potential patients, in accordance with company values and agreed business ratios, to gain access to cosmetic surgery, laser hair removal or aesthetic procedures by referral to a surgeon or nurse therapist.  In addition, they will carry out non-surgical treatments and laser hair removal.

The Person:

The successful candidate will be a holder of the current NMC registration documentation complete with pin number and someone who wants to join a team whose ethos is to provide outstanding patient care. The ability to communicate with a wide variety of people is also of high importance as is the mind set to be flexible, energetic and a team player. We are looking for Registered nurses with proven Nursing experience who are looking to perpetuate their career within a exciting, professional and commercial environment.
