Job Description : Job Summary Medical Devices – Clinical Support Nurse – Field Based (South West UK) South West, UK: Salary up to £30k Flame Pharma is working alongside a leading Medical Devices Organisation to appoint a Clinical Support Nurse to join their highly skilled and dedicated team. Due to expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for the ideal candidate to take on this rewarding role within a global organisation, focused on the design, development and manufacture of innovative and technologically advanced wound care products. The Role As a Clinical Support Nurse, you will provide clinical support to accounts that are converting to advanced wound care dressings, prior to conversion, during and follow up, to gain acceptability of the products in the clinical setting. You will design and develop educational material for use at implementation and to maintain existing accounts and subsequently provide on going training support wherever the company’s products are in use, as well as guidance in their application, use and cost. You will engage ward or community nurse teams to gain confidence of products and to bring evaluations to prompt and timely conclusion, responding effectively to objections, and overcome negativity from the market place. The Person You will be fully NMC registered with extensive nursing experience, preferably with Tissue Viability and or Wound Care experience. Ideally you will have experience of the clinical evaluation process and previous experience of clinical training or educating would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will be prepared to travel across territory and stay away from home when needed in line with the workload.
