Job Description : Flame Pharma Pharmaceutical – Analytical Development Team Leader Job – Wiltshire: Job Summary Wiltshire, UK: Salary up to £36k Flame Pharma is working alongside a leading provider of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Development Services to appoint an Analytical Development Team Leader to join their highly skilled and dedicated team in their modern state of the art facilities in Wiltshire. The Role As an Analytical Development Team Leader, you will manage, co-ordinate and implement the development of analytical methodologies for the analysis of pharmaceutical materials, procured from, or manufactured on behalf of the clients. You will ensure that appropriate levels of GMP compliance are maintained in the AD laboratories. You will build the individuals into a cohesive unit, ensuring individuals interact and exchange ideas within the group and together to foster a creative culture as well as individually, work towards accomplishing the common objectives. You will assume responsibility for the analytical activities of assigned projects and for the development and training of, and planning within, your teams. Constantly providing clear status reports of projects to internal / client representatives at appropriate times. The Person You will be an experienced Analytical Scientist, ideally a Team Leader or Supervisor with experience in a Pharmaceutical, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, company. You will have extensive knowledge of drug development. You must have cGMP laboratory experience with a good working knowledge of a wide range of analytical techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, SDS Page.
