Flame Pharma is currently working alongside a leading Pharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Compliance Manager/ Senior Manager to join their highly skilled and experienced team in their state of the art facilities in Ireland. Due to expansion, this new and exciting opportunity will enable the ideal candidate the exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, innovative organisation.  

This role would require the very best within the Pharmaceutical sector and as a result, the salary, benefits package and autonomous working environment are reflective of this.

The Role:

As Compliance Manager/Senior Manager, it will be the successful candidates responsibility to ensure that the company and third party vendors, where relevant, comply with, as applicable, all national and international regulations regarding the conduct of sponsored clinical trials. They will ensure that all personnel are kept aware of the ever-changing regulatory environment in order to ensure they remain compliant. Thus this role requires an individual who can demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the regulations governing clinical trials, with proven experience of the performance of audit and an individual who has considerable experience of working with, handling and being audited.

The Person:

Candidates must be educated to degree level or the equivalent in a relevant life science field together with proven experience at a management level in an FDA pharmaceutical environment. They must have a good understanding of the relationship between quality and production and be capable of achieving results whilst remaining compliant with relevant GMP regulations. In addition you must be proactive in the design and implementation of initiatives for continuous improvement in Laboratory/QC efficiencies and have a proven track record in project management. Previous experience of working to deadlines and budgets and working effectively in a pressurised environment is also beneficial as are excellent interpersonal and communication skills in leading a team.
