UK: Salary up to £35k

Flame Pharma is working alongside a leading Site Management Organisation to appoint a PA (to the Business Development team) to join their dynamic and Innovative team in their modern, well equipped facilities in Lancashire. The Role:

As a PA who has direct experience of business development, the successful applicant will have face-to-face contact with customers, the ability & knowledge of sales/business development & general day-to-day PA duties which will include management of diaries & the booking of travel. They will provide support to BD Executives / VP BD, as appropriate in the execution of their responsibilities, assist with the management of RFPs originating from potential customers who have not been specifically assigned to a BD Executive. They will also work closely with Project Managers during the course of a project to identify actual or potential Change of Scope needs & Support the BD Executive with the preparation of client presentations.

The Person:

Candidates will be an experienced PA with direct understanding of Clinical Research & Business development; they must possess commercial acumen with excellent computer literacy (MS-Office, Lotus Notes). They will also have excellent written & verbal communication skills & a high level of interpersonal skills.
