Flame Pharma is working alongside a Market Leader specialising in Cosmetic Surgery to appoint a Clinic Manager to join their established and dedicated team in Oxford. Due to expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to take on this rewarding role, enabling this progressive and dynamic organisation to maintain their reputation for excellence.

This exceptional opportunity would require the very best within the Medical Affairs sector and as a result, the salary including bonus scheme, benefits package and autonomous working environment are reflective of this.

The Role:

As a Clinic Manager, the successful candidate will be working within a team of highly trained nurses providing consultations and treatments to patients who are considering treatments from the companies wide portfolio whilst focusing on providing the highest level of care possible and achieving the best results.

The Person:

The successful candidate will be a holder of the current NMC registration documentation complete with pin number and someone who wants to join a team whose ethos is to provide outstanding patient care. They must be commercially minded and have a proven track record in sales. Management or training experience would be an advantage but not essential. The successful Clinic Manager must also possess the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people is also of high importance as is the mind set to be flexible, enthusiastic, a team player and a people person. We are looking for Registered nurses who are looking to perpetuate their career within an exciting, professional and commercial environment.
