Flame Pharma Medical Devices - Sales Consultant (Trauma) Job - Aberdeen:

Flame Pharma are currently working with a Leading company within the Orthopaedic medical device market and we are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant within the Aberdeen area.

The company develop, produce and market instruments, implants and biomaterials for the surgical fixation, correction and regeneration of the human skeleton and it’s soft tissues. As a company they are a global presence employing just under 10,000 people.

They are an innovative pioneer within the market and have been active within the Orthopaedic sector for over 50 years. They are the world leader in traumatology, rank among the top three companies for spinal devices and continue to remain at the forefront of the cranio-maxillofacial business.

The role is a sales consultant and you will be looking after the Aberdeen and surrounding areas. Your role will be a technical sales role and requires a person who has the ability to work at a very technical level and able to remain in operations for several hours of the day. They must also demonstrate the following skills:

• Good organisation and planning
• Good relationship record
• Good cost controls
• Business, selling and technical skills (product training given)
• Good experience in selling in the NHS environment to consultants and Business Managers

You will also be well presented with a clean driving licence, have good written and verbal communication skills, experienced in dealing with Senior Hospital Managers, a proven sales record within the Medical Device arena and experience within Orthopaedics products is preferable but not essential.
